What is included in this price.

Removal of Old Bathroom Fixtures: That's removing the Tub, Tub Surround, Toilet, Vanity, Mirror, Everything that's in the room.
New Tub: Select from a standard to to a Custom Jetted tub that fits in your space
New Fixtures: Toilet, Vanity, Sink, Sink Faucet, Tub Faucet; all of these are included in the price.
Tile/Tub Surround: Tile floor and your choice of tile or other tub surrounds.
Vent: We will put in the proper venting for the size of your bathroom.
Paint: Pick the color and we will get it on the walls.

What makes the price go up.
Larger Bathroom Area: The Base Price is based on an average 10ft X 5ft bathroom area. If you have bathroom that is larger the price goes up to cover the cost of Tile and Larger Vanities and Mirrors.
Lots of Repairs: If you floor is rotted out, or there is a lot of drywall damage; there is a charge for the additional work.
Windows: If you want to replace the window, we can do that too.
Additions: Do you want to knock out that wall and make the bathroom larger? That will add to the price of the work, but you will have a very nice bathroom afterwards.
